After evaluating your first year in business, you will need to take your end of the year review and write a new business plan. You must remember that a business plan is a living document. It will change as your business changes. Good businesses write one business plan a year, but great businesses update their business plan every day. The Small Business Resource Center’s goal is to give you the tools you need to be a great business, but you are the one who has to take control.  So, take control of your business and become a great business.
